Insurance portal launched

A portal to serve as a single-point reference for all kinds of information for individual customers and companies on insurance needs has been launched by bimaonline.com.

The Hyderabad-based company, MFL Net Services, has designed the initial version of the portal to cover various aspects such as products and policies offered by insurance companies, automated online advisory services and agents' home pages.

Customers can also compute the premium for various policies in a matter of seconds, using premium calculators.

This site also serves as a virtual community for insurance professionals with features such as the latest insurance news, career opportunities, insurance education, message board for discussions and events in insurance sector.
